Withdrawal Policy
If withdrawing by the 15th of the month, half that month's tuition is required.
After the 15th, the full month's tuition must be paid.
Refunds follow a 10-month payment plan structure. Advance tuition is refundable, but early withdrawal will remove any applicable discounts.
Discounts
All discounts must be approved through the office before applying to accounts.

How to Apply
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online, as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
1. Review Key Documents
Before you apply, take time to review our values and expectations.
2. Start the Online Application
Create an account and begin a new student application using our secure portal.
You can return to your account at any time to complete or review your application.
3. Schedule a Family Interview
After submitting your application, we’ll contact you to schedule a family interview on campus.
4. Receive Your Admission Decision
We’ll notify you once all steps are completed. You’ll be able to track your progress in the application portal.
5. Set Up Your Payment Plan or Apply for Financial Aid
After acceptance, you’ll receive instructions to set up your tuition plan or apply for financial aid through our FACTS Tuition Management Portal.
BBCS partners with FACTS to provide a secure and flexible platform for managing tuition. Monthly payments, auto-drafting, and financial aid options are available to help meet your family’s needs.
A one-time $50 annual setup fee applies when creating your FACTS account.
