Invest in eternity at BBCS.

BBCS exists to equip young believers through Christ-centered education. We’re looking for staff who love the Lord, lead by example, and reflect our mission of faith, excellence, and service. Here’s what we believe makes a strong addition to the BBCS team:

Spiritual Walk. Your relationship with the Lord is foundational. A Spirit-filled life (Galatians 5:22–23) will overflow into every interaction—with students, parents, and fellow staff. The first fruit? Love.

Clear Communication. Parents trust us with what matters most—their children. We value clear, respectful, and proactive communication in every area that impacts student life.

Commitment to Standards. We uphold high standards of conduct, academics, and appearance as a reflection of Christ-like character. These standards are not burdens—they are tools for shaping students into disciplined, godly young people.

Classroom Management. Effective educators create order and cultivate respect. We expect our staff to work within our system while leading confidently and supporting one another as a unified team.

Professional Competence. We value staff who are proficient, prepared, and intentional. This includes accurate assessments, thoughtful planning, and organized, Christ-centered instruction.

Teachable Spirit. A teachable spirit reflects wisdom. We value collaboration with parents and staff alike, knowing that meaningful rapport strengthens our ministry and our school community.

Humility. Credibility is built on honesty. Staff should be willing to admit mistakes, grow from them, and model grace and maturity in doing so.

Compassion. Every student matters. We expect our staff to demonstrate genuine care and concern—because students (and their families) can tell when you truly care.

Final considerations.

We are genuinely excited about the possibility of serving alongside individuals who love the Lord, love students, and take seriously the calling of Christian education. If you're passionate about your faith, your field, and your opportunity to invest in the next generation, BBCS may be the place for you.

That said, we also hold firm to the biblical and professional standards that make this ministry possible. We ask every team member to commit to the expectations above—joyfully, wholeheartedly, and in a spirit of unity.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a calling. And we’re honored to walk it out together.
